Chengdu Joy City, located in Wuhou District, is a large-scale urban complex developed by COFCO Group as part of its strategic layout in Southwest China. As the first park-themed Joy City in the country, the project reflects COFCO’s in-depth understanding of Chengdu’s local culture and urban characteristics.

Tianfu Joy City, located in Tianfu New Area, is COFCO’s third major commercial complex in Chengdu. The project covers a land area of approximately 76,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 310,000 square meters, and was delivered and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2022.

In June 2025, our company successfully signed a material supply contract for molded cable trays for the Tianfu Joy City project. We have been supplying products steadily since then, contributing to the development of this landmark project.
