Molded Reinforced Bottom Cable Tray

The year 2019 marked a turning point for our company and the cable tray industry as a whole.

With industry competition intensifying and the load-bearing capacity of traditional cable trays falling short of some clients' expectations, our leadership team took action. At the beginning of 2019, they visited Jiangsu—known as the "hometown of cable trays"—and Shanghai, where molded reinforced bottom cable trays are widely applied in international airports and financial centers.

Through extensive research and open-minded learning, we recognized that this new generation of molded cable trays not only meets the latest industry standards, but also offers significant advantages in load capacity and cost-efficiency for clients.

As a result, our company invested nearly RMB 3 million in new production equipment and introduced it to Chengdu in March 2019, becoming the first manufacturer in the Sichuan–Guizhou–Chongqing region to produce molded reinforced bottom cable trays.

During the first two months after production started, the market responded cautiously. However, after initial installations and real-world performance, our new cable trays were met with strong approval from both developers and contractors. This led to a surge in bulk orders.

To date, we have established strong cooperation with major developers and contractors such as Vanke, China Merchants, COFCO, Suning, Jinyu, Xingcheng Renju, CSCEC First Bureau, Sichuan Huaxi, and Chengdu Construction Group. Our cable trays have also been fully adopted in large municipal projects like the Suining Civic Center.

In August 2019, our efforts were officially recognized when we received the utility model patent for our molded reinforced bottom cable tray — after 180 days of dedication.
