Product Overview
Our JGM Series Molded Reinforced Bottom Cable Tray is designed based on optimized thin-wall component principles, reducing the required steel thickness while maintaining high strength. This design enables efficient and rational use of materials through advanced engineering, greatly improving both technical and economic performance indicators.
Using advanced molding techniques, the tray’s side webs, base, and cover have been reshaped from flat plates into geometrically structured surfaces. Through multiple processes of bending, extrusion, and stretching, the metal undergoes cold work hardening, significantly increasing its hardness—well above the standard of Q235 steel as specified in GB/T700-2006.
By transforming flat materials into 3D structures, the tray's bending resistance, torsional rigidity, and structural stability are greatly enhanced. This results in significantly increased overall stiffness, fully complying with national steel cable tray standards. Test results confirm that under rated uniform loads, the tray deflection is less than 1/200 of the span.
